Join us for two days dedicated to learning in-depth about the wild mushrooms and spring greens native to our boreal forest. Enjoy indoor presentations and guided foraging hikes with the opportunities to find aspen oysters, morels, spruce tips, Canada lettuce, and more.

$225/person + tax & lodging

Daily itinerary includes:

• Morning coffee + meet & greet. Pastries and light breakfast items available for purchase.

• Indoor educational presentations

• Afternoons outside in guided foraging hikes

• Saturday evening: dinner on your own, option to eat at the borderland restaurant, in your cabin/lodge room, or at one of the other great establishments along the gunflint trail.

• Sunday evening: homestyle dinner in the main lodge consisting of the weekend’s foraged ingredients.

• Spend evenings mingling around the fire and/or enjoy stargazing in our international dark sky sanctuary
