Wild Edible Plant Identification

 

About This Event

If you’re a forager who would like to hone your plant identification skills, then this workshop is for you! Join Maria Wesserle of Four Season Foraging as we learn about wild edible plants of summer. The focus of this class is plant identification, mainly learning leaf and flower characteristics. Much of the class time will be spent observing, sketching, and journaling about plants. Suggested age 16 and up (those under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.)

The exact location for this event will be sent to you in an email. It will be in the city of Minneapolis.

Accessibility: This event will be held on a mix of even and hilly ground with short grass, as well as on a paved trail. Total distance traveled will be around a half mile.

Sliding scale $30 - $50.
